Fall is bringing plenty of excitement for beer lovers at Red Bird Brewing! In honour of Canadian Beer Day on October 9th, we released our Bourbon Barrel Infused Imperial Stout, a rich, bold brew perfect for the season. And the fun doesn’t stop there! Each month, our Cask Fridays feature a one-of-a-kind brew, crafted exclusively for that day. Whether you’re celebrating October or November, there’s always something special on tap at Red Bird Brewing.

Bourbon Barrel Infused Imperial Stout

A deep, rich stout aged in bourbon barrels, boasting notes of chocolate, coffee, and oak. Released on October 9th in honour of Canadian Beer Day—this is a bold brew you’ll want to savour.

Negroni Sbagliato

Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

Get a taste of Philly with our limited-time Philly Cheesesteak Pizza! This savoury creation starts with a creamy Alfredo base, topped with mozzarella, tender sirloin steak seasoned with our signature spice blend, green peppers, caramelized onions, and melted provolone. Garnished with a sprinkle of chili flakes and fresh chives, this pizza is packed with bold flavors. Available for a limited time only, so don’t miss out!

Tiramisu

Indulge in our rich and creamy Irish Cream Tiramisu, a delightful twist on the classic Neapolitan dessert. Made with layers of mascarpone, Bailey’s Irish Cream, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and topped with a dusting of cocoa powder, this dessert is pure decadence.
