Mocking Shadows are an old school Soul and Rhythm & Blues band form Calgary, AB. The band has been entertaining crowds across Canada for the better part of the last 30 years.
Featuring a killer rhythm section along with blistering horns and sweet harmonies, they pack the dance floor with a high energy, soul classics revue show. The Shadows toured with the legendary BB King across Canada in 2001, 2002 and again in 2012. They have shared the stage with the likes of other amazing artists such as Buddy Guy, the Tragically Hip, Randy Bachman and Colin James.
Kelowna fans might remember them from the Rock the Bluff festival with ZZ Top. Hits from Motown, Stax, Chess and other classic soul labels dominate their sets along with nods to James Brown and Stevie Wonder.
