Close out October with a night of captivating live music at Red Bird Brewing’s Three Little Birds songwriters-in-the-round series. Hosted by the ever-charming Dan Tait, this week’s event promises an extraordinary blend of talent and storytelling as we welcome Death and Sam Singer to the stage.
Dan Tait, with over 16 years of experience in the Canadian music scene, brings his unique storytelling abilities and lyrical finesse to this intimate series. A dynamic performer and world-class entertainer, Dan creates an engaging atmosphere where artists and audiences alike can explore the magic of songwriting and live collaboration.
On this special Halloween-themed evening, we welcome the enigmatic Death, a performer whose wit and dark humor are as sharp as his scythe. Emerging from the underworld to grace Kelowna’s music scene, Death offers his unique insights into mortality, music, and how inflation has even affected ferry costs on the river Styx. With lifetimes of experience behind him, this is one show you won’t want to miss.
Joining him is Sam Singer, a Winnipeg-based artist whose crooning vocals weave together classic folk and indie with the charm of a vintage lounge singer. A seasoned performer, Singer’s music, praised by Exclaim Magazine, blends folk-rock and bluesy alt-country into a sound that floats free of time.
