On Thursday, December 5th, from 7–10 PM, immerse yourself in an evening of free live music with the William Hogeveen Band at Red Bird Brewing. This talented trio brings together folk, rock, and jazz elements for an eclectic night of storytelling, introspection, and rhythm.
William Hogeveen’s folk-rock melodies are shaped by themes of self-discovery, spirituality, and metaphor, taking listeners on an intimate journey. Supporting him on bass and guitar is Alex, a versatile Kelowna-based musician who has played with a range of artists, from Cameron James to Slade Lake. On drums and keys is the dynamic Steven Zhu, whose jazz-infused background with the Cowboy Bebop Bebop Band adds a playful complexity to the band’s sound.
