The Steadies aren’t invited to the party—they ARE the party. But even more than that, their feel-good music and positive vibe brings people together of all ages, races and genders. Mixing dance-rock with pop and reggae influences, this high energy Canadian band created their own signature sound they’ve dubbed, ‘island rock.’ They are also no strangers to Kelowna having built up a loyal fanbase, spreading their message of love through their fun and electrifying performances. After working relentlessly for over 12 years, the band deservingly won the 2023 Sask Music Award for ‘Rock Artist of the Year’.

Marcus Trummer (Past Event)

Marcus Trummer weaves soul, blues, and rock into a modern sound steeped in tradition that Trummer calls “rock & soul”. Dubbed “a precocious guitarist whose vocals possess a wise-beyond-his-years weariness” by the Calgary Herald, the Calgary-based artist has built a reputation as a compelling live performer on the back of playing numerous shows throughout Western Canada. Trummer’s songwriting ability has also earned him recognition with his latest release, Running on My Own, receiving Blues Recording of the Year at Calgary's 2022 YYC Music Awards.
