This February, we’re shining a spotlight on everything local at Red Bird Brewing! Our kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients from local farmers, vibrant microgreens from Kelowna suppliers, and water kefir from our neighbours at Mother Love Kombucha. Every cocktail is crafted with syrups and bitters from Born to Shake, and we’re proud to feature wines from West Kelowna’s Wine Trail. Pair these local flavours with an exciting lineup of events: cheer on your team at our Superbowl Party, enjoy our Valentine’s Day love birds’ dinner special, or join us for Drag Bingo, Salsa Night, and a Family Day Long Weekend packed with fun. Don’t miss February’s crib tournament with golf passes up for grabs! There’s something for everyone at Red Bird this month—come raise a glass with us!
Beer!

Supporting local means giving back to our community. That’s why we partner with Steiger Farm, a family-run farm in the Okanagan Valley, by donating our spent grain to nourish their cattle and pigs. This sustainable practice strengthens both our craft and their agriculture. Every pint you enjoy helps support a thriving local ecosystem—cheers to that!

BRBN Barrel Imperial Stout
Get ready to indulge in the rich, velvety flavours of our Bourbon Barrel-Infused Imperial Stout! This limited-edition brew boasts deep, complex notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and vanilla, with a whisper of oak from its time in bourbon barrels. Crafted for true beer aficionados, this stout is perfect for savouring by the fire or pairing with decadent desserts.

Tomb Stout
Inspired by the legendary Paul’s Tomb near Knox Mountain Park, Tomb Stout is a rich, classic Irish stout with notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. This brew pays tribute to Rembler Paul and his wife, Elizabeth, whose final resting place overlooks the stunning Okanagan Lake. Cozy up with a pint and raise a glass to love, legacy, and the stories that bring us together.

Cask Fridays
On the second Friday of every month, we tap a special cask of beer brewed exclusively for a one-time try. These unique creations are a true treat for beer lovers, and we sweeten the deal with $1 off pints of the featured brew. Mark your calendar and make it a monthly tradition—these limited-edition casks are worth the visit!
Stay tuned to our Instagram page for more updated info on Cask Fridays!
From the Bar

We’re proud to source many of our beverage ingredients and supplies from incredible local producers, bringing the best of the Okanagan to your glass. From handcrafted syrups and bitters to wines, ciders, kombucha, and more, every sip tells a story of collaboration and community. Stay tuned as we shine a spotlight on the amazing local businesses that help make our drinks truly special!

Born to Shake
Our cocktails wouldn’t be the same without the incredible ingredients from Born to Shake, a local North End Kelowna gem. Their handmade syrups, bitters, and rimmers – crafted with natural, local ingredients – bring bold, vibrant flavours to every sip. Thanks to their passion for mixology, we’re able to serve cocktails that are both approachable and unforgettable!

Mother Love
We’re excited to feature Motherlove Ferments and their refreshing Piña Colada Water Kefir on tap! This light, tropical drink is packed with probiotics and naturally occurring electrolytes, offering a perfect blend of flavour and gut-friendly wellness. Locally crafted with care, it’s a delicious way to sip and support your health!

Ciders
We are proud to offer a rotating selection of local ciders on tap from Soma Cider, Shuswap Cider, and Lass Chance Cider. Each sip showcases the craftsmanship and unique flavours of these talented BC cideries, from crisp and refreshing to bold and complex. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a taste of the Okanagan and beyond!

Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Looking for a refreshing non-alcoholic option? We source sodas and syrups from SIMPS Modern Beverage to craft bold, flavourful mocktails, and feature sparkling fruit sodas from Farming Karma Fruit Co., made with natural ingredients and no added sugar. These local producers are redefining beverages, one sip at a time!
Local Motive Farms

At Red Bird Brewing, we believe that great food starts with great ingredients—and for us, that means sourcing locally whenever possible. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Local Motive Farms, an Okanagan-based family farm dedicated to growing high-quality, organic produce. Founded by agriculture innovator Thomas Tumbach, Local Motive has been connecting farmers with the community since 2005, fostering a sustainable food network in the Interior of BC.
From vibrant beets and hearty squash to tender potatoes and fresh herbs, Local Motive supplies many of the ingredients that make our dishes shine. Their commitment to ethical farming and sustainable practices aligns with our values, ensuring that every bite is as good for the community as it is for your taste buds. By supporting Local Motive Farms, we’re not just sourcing exceptional produce—we’re investing in a healthier, happier local food system.
Mycro Greens

Supporting local isn’t just a choice—it’s a cornerstone of who we are. We’re passionate about working with local suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability and quality. One of our key partners is Mycro Greens, a locally owned and operated business nestled in the heart of Kelowna. They provide us with exceptional microgreens grown year-round in a state-of-the-art vertical farm, ensuring freshness and flavour in every leaf.
Currently, we’re featuring their brown mustard microgreens, which add a delightful Dijon mustard kick to our Okanagan Pizza, and their red veined sorrel microgreens, with a tangy, sour green apple flavour that elevates Chef Matt’s beet salad and some of our daily soups. By collaborating with Mycro Greens, we’re not only bringing bold, fresh flavours to your plate but also championing a more sustainable and community-focused way of eating. It’s partnerships like this that allow us to celebrate the vibrant spirit of the Okanagan in every dish.
