Cask Fridays

On the second Friday of every month, we tap a special cask of beer brewed exclusively for a one-time try. These unique creations are a true treat for beer lovers, and we sweeten the deal with $1 off pints of the featured brew. Mark your calendar and make it a monthly tradition—these limited-edition casks are worth the visit!

Plus, with the addition of a classic Mimosa to celebrate our new brunch offerings, there’s even more to enjoy. Mimosa

Brunch just got better with our refreshing Mimosa! Enjoy the perfect blend of bubbly and orange juice, now available on our menu. Pair it with our Brunch Pizza for a Sunday special: two Mimosas and a Brunch Pizza for just $30, served 11am to 3pm. Cheers to brunch!

Negroni Sbagliato

Sip on the perfect balance of sweet and bitter with the Negroni Sbagliato. Featuring Campari, sweet vermouth, and sparkling crémant, it’s finished with soda and garnished with a dehydrated orange slice for an effervescent twist on a classic.

We’ve got exciting updates to share on the food front this month! Red Bird Brewing is now opening an hour earlier on Sundays to serve up delicious brunch from 11am to 3pm, complete with a special deal: our Brunch Pizza and two Mimosas for just $30. But the new flavours don’t stop there—we’ve added a Mediterranean Pizza and a BBQ Angry Bird Pizza to our menu, offering bold, fresh takes for every palate. And for football fans, our Football Lunch Special, featuring a hearty soup, sandwich, and a 24oz beer in a special edition mug for $25, is the ultimate game-day combo. Come hungry and leave happy!

New Sourdough Pizza Crust

We’ve recently made the switch to sourdough for our pizza dough, and the results are incredible! Made with wild yeast sourced straight from Italy, our sourdough is not only more flavourful but also healthier and easier to digest. The natural fermentation process allows the yeast to pre-digest proteins and sugars, making it gentler on your stomach. Plus, with a perfectly dialed-in 65% hydration, the dough delivers a light, crispy texture and superior taste. Come try the difference—our pizzas have never been better!

Brunch Special

Introducing our new Brunch Pizza, crafted for Sundays from 11am to 3pm! This savoury delight starts with an alfredo base and a sprinkle of mozzarella, topped with locally sourced potatoes, rosemary, stewed leeks, and bacon bits. A baked egg takes centre stage, and it’s finished with a light, aerated hollandaise sauce and a garnish of fresh microgreens. This elevated brunch option is the perfect way to kick off your Sunday at Red Bird Brewing!

Football Special

Fuel up for the game with our Sunday Football Lunch Special! Enjoy a Philly cheesesteak panini paired with a bowl of our soup of the day—always a delicious creation from our new Head Chef, Matt Martin. To top it off, sip on a supersized 24oz beer served in a football-shaped glass—all for just $25. This unbeatable deal is the perfect way to enjoy football Sundays at Red Bird Brewing!

Mediterranean Pizza

A vibrant mix of Mediterranean flavours starts with San Marzano tomato sauce and mozzarella, topped with marinated artichoke hearts, black olives, roasted red peppers, and goat feta. Fresh out of the oven, it’s finished with a drizzle of basil aioli and a sprinkle of oregano. A veggie lover’s dream! GF available with gluten-free crust. DF options available with dairy-free cheese.

BBQ Angry Bird Pizza

Bold and smoky, this pizza starts with house-made chipotle barbecue sauce and is topped with roasted delicata squash, sliced red onions, spiced pulled chicken, shredded mozzarella, and fior di latte. Baked to perfection in our forno oven, it’s finished with chili flakes and oregano for a fiery kick. GF available with gluten-free crust. DF options available with dairy-free cheese.
